    Lutz served as a Senior Recruitment Partner at Henkel, managing digital roles globally and contributing significantly to the company’s Digital Transformation. Adept in IT-Recruiting, Active Sourcing, and Stakeholder-Management, he played a key role in shaping Henkel’s workforce.

    Prior experiences include Project Management in Henkel‘s Global HR-IT, implementing an Applicant Tracking System, and in-house recruitment at Henkel’s global HQ, focusing on IT, Corporate Audit, and Finance.

    Additionally, Lutz excelled as a Key Account Manager at Hays, recruiting IT Freelancers for the client Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt/Main.
